My Last Smoke Break is a quit-smoking tracker operated by Smooth Rock Media LLC. This page says plainly what we collect, why, and what we never do with it.

What we collect

• Account: your email address and a password (stored only as a one-way cryptographic hash — we cannot read it), or, if you sign in with Google, the account identifier and email address Google provides.
• Program settings: cigarettes per day, taper length, pack price, awake hours, timezone offset.
• Usage you log: each smoke or decline you record, with its timestamp. That is the entire point of the app.
• Optional personalization answers: the intake questionnaire is optional free text (for example, a partner's name or a goal). Answer only what you want the app to use in its messages. You can clear any answer at any time.
• Push subscription: a delivery address for notifications, issued by your browser or device. It contains no personal details.

What we do with it

One thing: run your program. Your data generates your schedule, your stats, and the messages the app sends you. That's it.

What we never do

• We never sell your data.
• We never share it with advertisers or data brokers.
• We never run third-party analytics or ad trackers in the app.
• We never write your personal answers into server logs.

Where it lives and how it's protected

Data is stored on a server in the United States (hosted at DigitalOcean). It travels encrypted (HTTPS), passwords are hashed with argon2id, the database is not reachable from the internet, and backups are encrypted before they leave the server.

Deleting your data

Open the app → delete my account. Deletion is immediate, complete, and irreversible — account, logs, answers, everything. Full instructions (including how to delete without the app) are at the account deletion page.

Not medical advice

The app is a tracker with a rude sense of humor, not a medical device or a treatment program. Nothing in it is medical advice.

Children

The app is rated 17+ and is not directed at anyone under that age.
