Delete Your Account

Deleting your My Last Smoke Break account removes everything: your account, program, smoke and decline history, personalization answers, sessions, and notification subscriptions. It happens immediately and cannot be undone.

In the app (fastest)

  1. Open the app and sign in.
  2. Tap delete my account at the bottom of the main screen.
  3. If your account has a password, enter it. If you sign in with Google, no password is needed.
  4. Type DELETE to confirm, then tap Delete My Account.

Without the app

Email [email protected] from the email address on your account with the subject "Delete my account." We verify it's you and delete everything, normally within 7 days, and confirm by reply.

What is deleted, and what isn't kept

All of it is deleted — there is no "deactivated" state, no retained profile, and no data kept for marketing. The only thing that may briefly outlive deletion is our encrypted server backup, which is overwritten on its normal rotation.

Deleting the app from your phone does not delete your account — use one of the two methods above.
