SMOKE BREAK For the family
Want someone to quit smoking? Don't nag. Delegate.
My Last Smoke Break is a quit-smoking app you can give to someone who smokes: $20 once, no subscription. It does the reminding so you don't have to. At their usual smoke breaks it asks if they took one and shows a card of where that habit can lead. Checkout opens soon.
You're not nagging. You're delegating.
If you've been the one reminding them, you already know how that goes. This hands the job to the Clerk or Darlene, who don't get tired, don't get guilted, and aren't at Thanksgiving.
- You tell it how many you smoke a day. It starts at your real number.
- It learns when your smoke breaks are from your own log.
- Around each one, it checks in: did you take that smoke break, or skip it?
- Each check-in shows a card of where that habit can lead: the money, the hospital, the people.
- Your number goes down over time, at a pace you pick. No promises.

Before you give it
Ask first. A quit app someone didn't want reads like a lecture with a bow on it. If they'd rather talk to a person, the national quitline is free: 1-800-QUIT-NOW (1-800-784-8669).
Questions
How do I get my dad to quit smoking without nagging?
You can't make him, but you can stop being the one who reminds him. Ask if he'd try an app that does the reminding for you: My Last Smoke Break checks in at his usual smoke breaks and shows a card of where the habit can lead. The free quitline, 1-800-QUIT-NOW, is there if he'd rather talk to a person.
Is it a good gift for someone who doesn't want to quit?
Probably not. It helps someone who is at least thinking about it, so ask first. A gift they didn't ask for can feel like one more lecture.
Will it tell me if they smoke?
No. Their check-ins and counts are private, and the app sends you nothing. It is their app, not a way to watch them.
Can I buy it as a gift now?
Not yet. Checkout opens soon. Leave your email and tick "I'm buying this for someone", and you get one email the day you can buy it for them.
Is it too mean for my mom?
She picks the tone when she signs up and can turn it down to standard. Darlene calls you sugar right before she says the thing, which some moms prefer. It is 18+ for language.
How much is it?
Twenty bucks, once. No subscription, no renewal, nothing for them to cancel later.
Twenty bucks. Once. A quit-smoking app that expects the bad choice, not a treatment. No promises.
