My Last Smoke Break ("the app") is operated by Smooth Rock Media LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company. Using the app means you accept these terms.
The app is a smoking tracker with a deliberately rude sense of humor. It is an entertainment and self-tracking product. It is not a medical device, medical advice, therapy, or a treatment program, and it makes no health claims. For medical advice about quitting smoking, talk to a doctor.
The app insults you on purpose. Its notifications and messages are harsh, profane, and dark by design — that is the product. By creating an account you consent to receiving them. If that stops being what you want, turn down the intensity, turn off notifications, or delete your account — all available in the app.
The app is for adults and is rated 17+. Don't use it if you're under 17 — and if you're under 17 and smoking, put both down.
Keep your sign-in method to yourself; you're responsible for activity on your account. Your data is handled as described in the privacy policy, and you can delete your account and all data at any time (how).
During early access the app is free. When paid access begins, it is a one-time purchase processed by the app store you bought it through, under that store's payment and refund policies. No subscriptions.
The app is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, including any promise that you will quit smoking. To the maximum extent the law allows, Smooth Rock Media LLC's total liability for any claim related to the app is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Don't abuse the service: no attempts to break, overload, reverse-engineer, or misuse the app or other people's data. We may suspend accounts that do.
If these terms change, the date above changes with it, and material changes will be noted in the app. Continued use after a change means acceptance.
